Beautiful canal, please come and visit on a Sunday, and take a ride on Narrowboat Waterwitch, £4 Adults £1 children, well worth a trip.

Bypassed by most people on their way to the major locations in The Lake District, Crooklands canal walk offered lovely views. The setting was tranquil except when the canal route was intersected by the A65 & M6. Very pleasant indeed

Great canal walk, and on sundays/bank Holidays in the summer season you can get a great boat trip run by fantastic volunteers

The towpath is nice and dry at the moment. There are some ducks and swans in the canal.

Would be a lovely walk on a nice day, parking only a short walk away but the pathway to the canal is very narrow when you have dogs with you.

Beautiful canal walk . Canal paths towards Stainton are in great condition. The path toward is M6 is much muddier after the garage . If you have walking boots or study shoes you will be fine . Easy to go for miles .
