Bought a new bat fory daughter and paid to get it knocked in. Boys in the shop were polite and helpful. 2 weeks later the bat was damaged playing a normal shot in a youth game. Shop refused to offer a substitute, said kookaburra wouldn't help either and then had the nerve to offer 5% off a new bat. Appalling and totally unacceptable. Will never recommend this place or return.

Great place, has such a variety of items. There was a wide range of cricket gear. The customer service was brilliant and the shop owner was really helpful and offered knowledgeble advice.I highly recommend this shop

Went here to look for a bat. Played from age 5-17 and after a few years wanted to get back into it again. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable and was happy to help and brought out a selection within my price range. Great stock as well, he has some of the rarer DSC bats, one of which I bought in the end and he wrapped it for me in tape as well. Also let me test the pings with a ball which was a nice touch.Will definitely be returning for more supplies in the future!

Brilliant service! Extremely helpful when I was purchasing my sons first cricket kit, ensured I had everything he needed to get started, but also didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need, just said come back when you are ready for the next bits of kit. Can’t fault the service or products, great local business ran by very helpful people.

Excellent service. We have bought cricket gear for family members on a number of occasions. It is reasonably priced and they have sizes to suit all ages. The staff are friendly, helpful and always go above and beyond to provide what we need. A great place to get cricket equipment!
