PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ OTHER RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING.I am another customer that this van hire company has wrongly kept a damage deposit for.Myself and my partner hired a van from this company as we needed it to attend a wedding fayre on a Sunday. we collected the van on the Saturday afternoon and returned the van on the Sunday afternoon as agreed.When my partner went back to collect the damage deposit on the following Tuesday she was told she could not have it as we had the van for 2 days!We have complained in writing and had no response so will be contacting trading standards.Just wish we had read other reviews before booking with this Company.ASK YOURSELF: WHY CANT THIS COMPANY SIMPLY RETURN DAMAGE DEPOSITS TO THE CARD YOU PAY OFF? WHY CAN THEY ONLY RETURN DEPOSIT BY CASH? The whole setup seems very wrong! Stick with Lukes Van hire. used them several times and never been let down.

Hired a Luton van for house move on the 18th April 2019. The guy I spoke to at Blyth was very helpful and made me feel welcome, I would definitely recommend hiring from this company, and if I ever needed a van I would make this my first stop. The price I paid for the hire was the cheapest by far. Thank you so much.

Hired a Luton van from Avor van hire Blyth branch and they quality and service was excellent the van was a dream to drive and amazingly great on fuel very professional I will definitely be using Avor again.

Avoid avoid avoid! Hired a van for a half day we have checked every scratch, dent and scuff on it before leave with my friend and the member of the staff (or whatever he is) . After about 2 hours came back went in the office to give the key and get the deposit been told to wait and he want for a quick check around the van made me wait 15-20 min, came back he was pretending doing something calling or talking to someone in the other room then finally said there is a scratch another (new) on the front bumper which was there and kept my deposit of £50.looks like the business is really bad if you can lie for a £50 like this.The old staff was at least honest.

Hired a Luton van for house move, although it wasn't a new van it drove superbly, had a tail lift which was invaluable, dealt with by a few members of staff who were fab.Have read the negative comments on the website and cannot relate to them at all.

We hired a mini bus at short notice and it was very clean and in excellent condition. The price was great value and the staff were professional, would use them again and no hesitation in recommending to others. Thanks

The service was really good. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional. It couldn't have been easier. The van was in very good condition. When I need a van again I will definitely be going back here.

Have a proper look of every sckrach and make sure you taking picture of all oterwise you migth end up not getting your deposit back.Honestly been using this place for several times vans are vary claen and new never ever even thouth they would keep my deposit for a scrach that was there.
