Thompson rectified paintwork that had been carried out at another garage. They have made a brilliant job. I am so pleased with their work.They had also cleaned my car which was an added bonus. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff.

Fantastic service and really friendly staff. Getting repairs organised through insurance felt very intimidating but they took the time to explain the process and made sure it was all done correctly. Car looks better than it ever has!

Excellent service from Thompsons. They really couldn't have been any more help than they were. I was experiencing great frustraion with another organisation regarding an insurance repair, but I once spoke to Angie she made everything work like clockwork.

The team at Thompson Repair Centre were excellent from start to finish. Kerry, the Senior Service Advisor, is a real asset to the business. She booked my vehicle in for a warranty repair for VW Lookers in Carlisle and kept me updated with the work carried out. Angie also identified some damage to the bumper and offered a very reasonable repair for a fraction of the price of a new bumper. Separate invoices were raised for the separate work. The work carried out by the team is first rate and I will be bringing my vehicles to Thompson for any repair work in the future. Highly recommended.

Had my car repaired by Thompsons through my insurance. I was so stressed out thinking repairs would take ages and there would be set backs as I have never had to deal with insurance repairs before but Thompsons were amazing. My car was booked in 2 weeks after my accident, repaired and back to me within 3 days. There was not one thing I could fault them on. I also have to say that their customer service is the best I have ever received, very friendly and I was kept up to date. Definitely recommend.
