Excellent experience. We mostly worked with Alex at the Stamford branch. Ever so helpful on our first visit - we knew we wanted to order from him as he was so good and friendly.They even lent us a couple of samples so we could check against the tiles and colour scheme we were thinking of.Alex personally delivered all the units, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended company and team.

I had a great experience with Annette, she really helped me to be able to get the bathroom I loved and wanted. We went through all options together while giving me plenty of choice. Everything was of excellent quality and got delivered on time. We have already gone back to Annette with our second project.

Upon arriving in the Peterborough store earlier today there was no one serving behind the counter, no sign of anyone around. After a few minutes of waiting around an employee shuffled in from the office area into the store area to serve me - the entire time he was eating a packet of crisps. I assume he may have been extremely hungry but surely it could only be regarded as slovenly to serve customers whilst eating food, it’s a slack operation at this plumber’s merchants . I wanted a mixer tap for a kitchen sink, they held virtually none in stock ( it’s hardly a niche item??!)I won’t bother returning. Awful service.

Went in on spec to pick up some parts for my solar product development, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable not phased by my lack of understanding of part names just showed and explained what I wanted to do andcthey sorted for me.

Very poor service from start to finish a weeks bathroom refit has taken six weeks due to this company four damaged items and three missing parts terrible customer service and poor communication constantly had to contact them regarding parts and no apology.Avoid and do not use as they have caused us a great amount stress.
