I first came to Moko Physiotherapy a few months ago to sort out 5+ years worth of neck & shoulder pain from being sat at a desk.Sophia has done a fantastic job on releasing the tension and I now visit her regularly for sports massages to help with general aches and pains from kickboxing & weights training.Sophia applies the perfect amount of pressure whilst communicating to specifically target the areas of pain, and I always leave feeling relaxed - both mentally and physically! She and the rest of the team are welcoming, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable.I would highly recommend Moko Physiotherapy and specifically Sophia to anyone who either takes part in sports, trains regularly or suffers from desk-related aches and pains.

Moko is an excellent facility where you are introduced into a comfortable environment straight away. Emma was fantastic, she provided an excellent sports massage in preparation for my Half Marathon. Will definitely be returning for future prep and recovery!

Me and my girlfriend visited today and had an amazing 1 hour massage each. We were welcomed by Becky at reception who was kind and gave us all the information that we needed. I had a sports massage with Migle and she made my back and legs feel like new and took away all the tension. My girlfriend had a therapeutic massage with Emma and said she was very professional and left her feeling relaxed. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a great experience

I had a great physio session with Katie today, she is extremely thorough, professional and kind. I’m sure she will help me to recovery and injury prevention going forward. I had a lovely warm greeting from Jules on arrival at Moko, the place is spotlessly clean, new, and has an upmarket feel, when I arrived I felt like I’d made a good choice right away. Katie and her colleagues have clearly worked hard at getting everything right and deserve every success.

Went to Moko Physiotherapy for my first ever sports massage after experiencing fatigue around shoulders and upper back. Sophia was fantastic and the overall quality of therapy and the atmosphere/space that Katie has created in the unit is incredible. Really feels like a very premium and modern service at great value. Also some top content being shared through educational workshops direct from experts - creates a real community centered around wellbeing. Massive props to Katie!

I had my first Physio appointment with Katie and she was brilliant! She made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. She gave me reassurance and carried out a thorough assessment and treatment ensuring no stone was unturned. I was provided with a treatment plan and Katie made sure I was able to complete all of the exercises in clinic, making adaptations where necessary.The clinic is very welcoming and the staff are all really friendly. The aircon was an added bonus in this heat too!Thanks Katie and all of the staff at Moko for a very pleasant experience!

excellent service I wanted to ask lots of questions about the reasons for my aches and pains. Katie was extremely thorough and patient and explained in details all my concerns and did a complete analysis. It is obvious she is extremely well read on the topics and takes pride in her service, only giving good recommendations and not trying to exploit her position. Been going here for a year now for therapeutic sports massage. All the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The massage rooms are wheelchair accessible which is one of the main reasons for choosing them in the first instance. The massage is spot on and Mig is amazing at finding any problem areas and releasing pain and tension.

10/10 for Sophia. I visited for a sports massage, asked for it to focus on my back as I’d been struggling to walk properly due to sciatica and muscle tension. I felt a massive relief in tension and a huge improvement in the fluidity in walking motion immediately. I put that to the test this weekend and comfortably managed a 10-miler. So happy with the results and will definitely be back for a monthly top up … next focus will be back to keep my back supple and move onto achey old hips and calves!
