Very unprofessional staff member served me today. It was around 13:30, the staff member sat with headphones on and was incredibly unenthusiastic about Scottish culture. Very disappointing.

**BUYER BEWARE** Know your tartan before you buy! I bought a “Stewart Brown” kilt here (white/light brown/purple), which I found out later is NOT a real Stewart pattern. Luckily, I was able to exchange it for another Stewart tartan, but they do not accept returns, so had I not been able to find a replacement in my size I would have been down £80.

Very nice and interesting shop. You can buy here Scotland attributes with good quality, the prices are good and lower than on the king mile. Very good staff, told me about pins and tartan name for kilt when I bought the kilt

Not at all recommended. Every suvinior is costlier than any other shop in Edinburgh. You can save £1/suvinior if you buy it from the immediate next shop (on the right side) or at any other place.Most dishonest shop I have ever visited so far.

Dishonesty never impresses anyone.All the prices are ‘something’ & 99 pence (Ie. £39.99) and when the cashier punches in the credit card machine he rounds up. He expected me to just tap away as he just said “that’s £40”“It’s only a penny” you could argue but if they do that to EVERY customer they are stealing hundreds (thousands) of pounds.When I questioned him he said “well I’m not the boss” a futile comment.To “the boss” why don’t you hust put £40 on the label. Instead of stealing our money.

Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff! We found all what we needed and the quality is excellent. Lovely made in Scotland Cashmere scarves and traditional Aran Jumpers that no any other souvenir shop in Edinburgh we walked in had and at very reasonable prices. Also very good range of Traditional Scottish Kilts and Kilts accessories at different qualities and prices so you can find your perfect fit! I definitely recommend this shop!
