Great atmosphere with cool music, cosy booths, varied coffees, decent portions and fresh ingredients.I had the eggs Benedict and the ham was perfect.Bit pricy though at £60 for 3 of us including juice, coffee and a plate each.

Lovely venue on Peter st with a relaxed atmosphere. The interior is bustling and dim with lots of hanging plants. We sat in the window on tall stools although sit down tables are available. We were greeted on arrival by a pleasant lady who talked us through the menu and showed us where to order. They do not do table service and you order at their bar.I ordered the Pancakes with fruit, yoghurt and raspberry coulis. I also order a iced hazelnut latte. The latte was delicious and served in a cute jar.The food came quickly and looked good, although my pancakes were completely covered in jam (not coulis!) so I couldn’t even see them! Had to rearrange for photo. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, I think they may have been precooked though because they came so fast! The fruit and yoghurt was tasty but the jam was very sweet and there was way too much.Overall I enjoyed and I would return. Might ask for my jam on the side though!

I went at 10am and there was no queue at all. I ordered a Florentine toast and it was delicious. Benedict eggs were very well cooked. Coffee was also delicious. Service quite nice, very gentle people. I highly encourage. Price are in avg for the centre side.

Despite having to queue, Ezra & Gil was well worth the wait. Breakfast here is made to a very high standard with quality ingredients, clean presentation and decent portions. I can’t fault or criticise anything that I ate - it was all delicious.I would just ask management to consider offering halal options given how popular the restaurant is with Muslims.

Best brunch in town. This is my third and fourth visit, since 2021 when I visited the first (and second) time around. It’s so good, both visits were on consecutive days. I really hope you’re considering expanding. The food and service is incredible! Please come to Birmingham!

Was recommended this restaurant by an employee of Federal Cafe Bar whilst I was waiting in their very long queue. I walked around the corner to check out the queue situation at Ezra & Gil and their queue was moving much quicker so opted to eat there instead. Ordered a smoothie (think it was called Purple Haze?), a hot chocolate, smoked salmon benedict and brioche french toast. The eggs were perfectly poached with runny yolks. The french toast was really nice too (for someone who doesn’t usually have a sweet tooth) especially with the vanilla mascarpone but slightly rich so would suggest sharing. Perhaps the thing I liked most about this restaurant though is that they provided steak knives instead of regular knives which made cutting through the toasted sourdough for my smoked salmon benedict a dream! The service was efficient and friendly, just how I like it.

Phenomenal breakfast with quality ingredients and delicious coffee.Located in a beautiful part of Manchester City centre. The queue for this place has certainly been justified

You’ll understand why it’s hard to choose between avocado toast or down payment on a mortgage when you walk past the queue outside the door. It’s the smell of toasting, poached eggs benedict and coffee that those pods promise, but never deliver. Then as your eyes adjust to the cosy interiors, you shed the autumnal layers to roll up your sleeves and get down to choosing something before your server raises her pierced eyebrow at you. This is Manchester at its best.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Really tasty food here. Gluten free bread is available for sandwiches. Cider is lovely. Nice atmosphere here too.

I had to hang around in town for a few hours between appointments so I came for brunch. I was given a seat by the window which was perfect as I had my laptop and wanted to check my emails. I had the veggie breakfast and latte. Both were very nice and filling. It does include avocado but I don't like avocado. Place was busy which gives it a nice atmosphere and vibe. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
