Not a good experience for all the times we have been coming here … we paid £35 for my nieces who come all the way from Ireland. The “young” workers here are so immature! My little neice (4) went on soft play and he come over and told us we need to get out of here that we did not pay for soft play (£4.95) even tho we spent £35 on 2 kids for 1 hour!!!! He was so rude and my neice started to cry as she was scared of the trampolines and only wanted to do soft play - she’s autistic! He was ever so rude and made her “GET OUT” … and then all the staff kept staring at us untill we left. Never ever will I be going here again and will advise people not to either .. for people working with kids they need more training / understanding how to deal with autistic kids. I felt embarrassed when all staff just stared at us that we had to leave. Never experienced anything like this before

Orbital in Luton is much better. Half the stuff at gravity was closed, staff were unhelpful and toilets were filthy. Reported a exposed metal bar and foot trap and staff looked at it and did nothing about it.

What a cold, miserable, souless place Gravity Luton has become. I took my grand daughter on Saturday 25th November for the under 5 parent and toddler session. As we arrived at reception, no friendly greeting in fact no greeting at all, I had to start the conversation. We then got ready and waited for the safety briefing, there wasn't one for us or the other parent with children. The female marshall was wearing a long scarf and was clearly not fit for work. she was in and out of the toilet three times in less than 15 minutes. She finally walked onto the trampoline park for a couple of minutes and then left and went and sat down on the floor behind the reception desk and there she stayed for the rest of the session. So no safety briefing,no watchful eye on the children or equipment and to complete the 'happy' atmosphere no music either. It seems that now they are open less than 3 days a week during term time that no one gives a damn.

The place is quite cool, although sadly when my brother went the place was really empty. The staff members were nice to him, asking if he was okay and also playing with him at one point. He had lots of fun regardless and I’m sure it would be a really fun experience with a group of friends regardless of age!

Update: we’ve been back twice and staff have been amazing. Thanks for listening to feedback!Hardly any staff around. They’re quite young and visibly are annoyed with each other. Definitely need extra training or something. Facilities were clean and plenty to do. Lockers are free which is great.

Brilliant place for the kids. They love the variety of facilities available and disco jump. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. I feel it can be pricy for bigger families. Would love to go on a weekly basis if budget allowed !

It's a great place but staff are extremely young and could do with better training. They're nice enough but often behave immature or display their dread for the job

No idea how this place has 4 stars.. took my kids here for the soft play area during the half term holidays. Firstly no staff at the reception desk. I could see members of staff around the trampoline area, no one bothered coming over until I went over to them.Secondly, this place is cheap but for a reason. This is by far the worst soft play I have taken my kids to. Absolutely tiny, they were bored within 10 mins and wanted to leave. There is 2 small slides for the kids to use and few stairs for them to go up and down and that’s about it..

I booked Gravity for my son's 6th birthday party. I was weighing up Gravity vs Orbital and read a lot of reviews and visited Gravity before making my choice. I eventually went with Gravity because the deputy manager Chloe was very friendly and helpful when I went to look round. I had also been to other parties at Orbital and had been very unimpressed with the way the marshalls ignored crying children and weren't supervising properly.I was very happy with the party that we experienced yesterday. Our party host was Eleni, and she did a fabulous job of being friendly, helpful and attentive through the party. Chloe (the deputy manager) was very helpful at checking all the party children in and the party room had been set up in a nice way. The staff were very accommodating about a few changes that we made to the seating and the arrangements in the party room. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pizza that was served. It seemed to be freshly made in the kitchen upstairs and tasted really nice. It was much better than the basic standard which I was expecting. All the children had a fabulous time bouncing on the equipment. It seemed to be a perfect level for 6 year olds. Parents were able able to stand in the cafe/viewing gallery and keep an eye on their children. I was given the chance to put the birthday cake in a fridge but I didn't need to. I also brought some extra decorations with me but didn't feel we needed to put them up. The birthday boy was happy with his gold box of goodies that he got given. The party guests loved their Christmas sticky socks that they were given. The only part of the party that wasn't brilliant was the safety briefing as the video was quite hard to hear and several of the children weren't listening to it. Another trampoline site that I have visited, does the briefing in person and that seemed more effective than just playing a video and hoping the children listened. We didn't realise that each child was meant to take a balloon with them until it was too late and all the guests had left.Overall, I was extremely happy with the price I paid and the service we received at Gravity. The birthday boy is already asking if he can have his party at Gravity next year as well!

One of best place for kids party, but the staff are overworked. Less than 1 star for managers, 5+ for young staff who trying to do all the best
