Be careful with this company, the kitchen appliance I ordered came damaged. Three attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. I didn't get any answer.

I recently ordered a hoover online, however I received a spin tumble dryer instead of hoover and after a conversation with the customer service department I was told I now have wait in all day for them to come and collect the dryer and then someone else will deliver the hoover but they wont send the hoover on next day order in which I ordered the original hoover for next day and the only response I got was that it was human error in the picking department which I don't get how that's possible because the boxes for the products are completely different shapes and sizes. I'm hoping that my hoover does come but at this point I would not be surprised if they sent a dishwasher instead.

Bought a fridge a week today. Package all damage when took there is dents etc all over it. Phone customer services spoke to a girl told me to take pictures of everything and email to the email address she gave me. And someone would get back to me. Done all at and have heard nothing. I ring every day from Monday 3/4 times each day and not one person answers the phone. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THEN DONT CARE AFTERWARDS

I bought through eBay . When I finally came to fit appliance it was damaged . I contacted them they said because it over 30 days they can't do anything . Not even a helping hand pointing to right direction for spares parts . I was willing to pay for parts very rude customer service . Be careful with this company advise not to buy check reviews before you buy don't make mistake I did . If I could give zero stars I would(Hotpoint extractor fan )

Enquired about a faulty Sia extractor hood. The motor had stopped working. No replies to emails, aftersales service appears none existent. Reading other reviews you will need it so avoid!

I bought a tumble dryer that was faulty.ive been trying to return it for 3mths.absolute knightmare to deal with.As long as they have there money they really don't care.i would never use these again they are totally appalling

Bought a SIA hood, installed by a professional and not sucking steam from the 2 side gauses. Called SIA who sent an engineer. Engineer said the motor is not powerful enough.SIA wrote back stating I should be charged for a no fault call out and they are showing me grace by writing off the charge!! Unbelievable!The hood just does not suck anything up! It's a joke product and the support is non existant.I complained to SIA and no reply for 2 days.In another house I bought an installed a Russell Hobs hood. Absolutely amazing bit of kit and blows this cheap junk out of the window.Do NOT buy this. It does NOT work and you will be very dissapointed with product, service and non existant warranty.

Have a damaged plinth heater, no one ever picks up the phone, have sent countless emails requesting a replacement or refund, looks like I’ll have to go down the small claim route, good prices but the worst customer service

If I could also give 0 stars I would. We bought a hot tap from Ship It Appliances, and there has been so many problems with it and the service and lack of communication from Ship It has been disgusting. The warranty is pointless as they are not interested in resolving the issue with any speed or customer service. Yet again there is another issue, the Hot function no longer works, and this has been raised with them repeatedly. Yet again we are waiting for them to respond. This was raised over 4 weeks ago. I'm posting this review because this is the same feedback I have provided to the company directly over the passed 2 years, and yet the service is no better. I would avoid buying anything from them in the future.

Received a sink which was defective with one side being higher than the other. After various photos with spirit levels in shot - the return was accepted. They had no other sinks to send as replacement so I needed to get a refund.10 days after the return - I am still chasing for the refund and will be going to the bank to have the money forcibly repatriated if not returned by COB today.This should not be this hard. Lots of box shippers get this right so suggest you look elsewhere
