Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Wolverhampton

I made three visits - first for booking optician appointment and getting some repairs on old spectacles, second to see optician and choose new spectacle frames (and have them marked for eye position) and third for fitting of new spectacles. No undue delay in being seen for any of the visits despite being quite busy. Staff were professional and helpful. Reasonable range of spectacle frames. Overall cost more than I thought but I didn't try anywhere else so have no comparison.

Appointment at 9.35am on a Sunday, 1/2 hour wait to even have a test whilst optician busy with their own team rather than paying customers!Wanted to try contact lenses with them but service received just to get test diabolical. Will go elsewhere.

Everyone from reception to seeing the optician, wonderful attitude, sense of responsibility to please and guide the customer start to end. I am 64. I found it very generous that the staff are not doing their jobs only, they got good care for customer and customer 's satisfaction. Thankyou.

Good retailer, they performed my eye test satisfactorily. My prescription had changed and they explained very well. They recommended glasses that I am very pleased with.

I have 3 kids that use glass, they broke the handle off the glasses. I took the glasses to get it repaired and I was told they can't be repaired, I would have to bring them in to get new glasses and I done need an appointment. I took time off work to get it sorted and brought the kids into the shop. But I was now told I need to bring the lenses and they will just change the frame. It is not the frist time that the kids have broken their glass handles off. To top it off the lady I spoke to was so dismissive, like I was not their. My kids have been wearing glasses for years especially my daughter she can't do with it even when I said that to her she didn't care.

Substantial store with service offered over 2 floors. Has the potential to be a great place to get your sight and hearing assessed & treated but, the customer experience is not as good as it used to be, especially the Audiologist service. Feels very rushed. Quality of service provided is determined by whom you see and there is no continuity if you have to go for follow-up appointments as you end up being seen by different practitioners. Two key improvement opportunities:1. Improve service for those with mobility problems - If they can't go upstairs, make a note in the record so that you don't have to keep asking and reduce failed visits.2. If a customer is attending a follow-up appointment as recommended by the Practitioner after the previous visit, please don't start the consultation with what can we do for you today?". By all means check & verify but Practitioners should have read the notes & know why the customer is there."

I found everything very good about Wolverhampton Wulfrun center Specsavers. All the staff was good and helpful.Only one thing I found little upsetting that after filling the questionnaire online, I had to repeat everything when I entered the store.The Optician and other members were good and I given enough time for everything from the testing to collection of my specs.I only started using the specs from today and found them right but will try for some more time and then only can say they are perfect.I also suffer with dry eyes and had eye drops from the store. It seems working well though expensive than the other brands but worth it.Thanks Specsavers and all the staff members.

Had my eyes tested here, after a number of years of sabbatical from here. There just isn't that 'personal touch' here still. Very conveyor like, in, test, now you must buy our glasses. I got to say, the guy was very helpful but I knew what I wanted and they didn't have it. I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Just don't feel the love and care. Even my eye test was an uphill struggle with the opticianist. Apologies but your business core just don't float my boat anymore.
