I would like to say a big thank you to Liam who works at Cards Direct whilst in the shop I left my purse on the counter, Liam handed it into his manager Hayley who kept it safe until I returned to collect, very helpful and honest staff, they are a credit to the company, also Cards Direct have a good choice of cards and gifts at a reasonable price.

Unhelpful staff. Never have the style of card I'm after. Prefer to go to the other card shop on the high st or local retailers instead of here.

Year's ago I used to shop at Birthday's and Clinton's. As the years have gone on, Birthdays got taken over by Clinton's then closed down entirely and Clinton's became and remain very expensive for cards.I did go to Card Factory until I discovered this place.The cards are good quality not tacky and reasonable in price as are the calender's and the Diaries which I now buy from here.My days of getting the latter from Waterstones or Paperchase are long gone !A great addition to Canterbury with further branches in Folkestone and hope they continue to expand.

We have just opened our new kitchen showroom and the staff at Cards Direct Canterbury helped us to decorate our frontage with a very large balloon arch and giveaway balloons, the staff were so happy, helpful and courteous, they really went above and beyond for us. I would recommend them very highly.

Friday the 19th August 2022. Went to the store at 5.15 pm to it being closed. Yet on website for the store it's say 5.30. wasn't happy man in store walked away.
