A great place for canoe sports at Friends of Allonby Canoe Club Liverpool, a really friendly atmosphere and very helpful coaches. A wide range of boats and paddle boards to use. Home to one of the best canoe polo clubs in the UK.

Collingwood Dock
Collingwood Dock is one of the industrial heritage sites you will see if you walk from Pier Head to Stanley Dock. Stand on the bascule bridge and check out the clock tower whose faces can be seen from any point on the compass. The bridge itself was restored as part of the on going regenetation of Liverpool's north docks. Though this regeneration is still in its early stages its a great time to visit this world heritage site and the Titanic Hotel is a great place to stop for a drink.

Great urban swimming spot, kayaking and scuba activity centre,could do with new changing facilities,but the main thing is the water is so clean its amazing to think you're swimming in the Liverpool docks!
