Animal Encounters, Derbyshire

I would 100% recommended Animal Encounters! Rebecca hosted my daughter's 10th birthday and it was fantastic. Every single child had a great time and was thoroughly invested in the animals!The adults also all had a great time, lots of laughs.

Booked Becky for an animal encounter for a group of 3-4 years olds. Becky was so friendly and great at encouraging the young children to hold all the animals. Would definitely recommend!

Rebecca was brilliant from beginning to end. She was easily contactable and kept up great communication. My birthday girl was 5 and we had a class party in a hall so as you can imagine it was pretty full on but Rebecca kept them all entertained, and even if they lost a bit of focus was great at drawing them back again. She was full of lots of information about each animal which she told the children about. Clearly she loves the animals and takes great care as well as being so patient and really kind hearted with the children genuinely interested in them and what they had to say answering all their questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely book again :)

We had such a lovely time when Becky and all her incredible pets from Animal Encounters visited my daughters 10th birthday! My daughter and all her friends loved it and were able to learn and handle animals ranging from a beautiful snake, two lizards four millipedes and a very cute hedgehog! All of us were even brave enough to hold Ruby the tarantula, who turned out not to be in the least bit scary!My girls were able to introduce Becky to their pet Pythons too, which was a lovely addition!Becky is great with kids, very knowledgeable and lovely company too. I highly recommend Animal Encounters for your child's party or any event where you want a different, therapeutic and amazing experience! Xx

I took my children to see animal encounters today. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and great with the animals and children. There was a great selection of animals, something for everyone! My children had the best day and I will definitely be booking animal encounters for their next birthday party! What an amazing experience for the children *****

Wow! What can I say! Firstly, this was by far the best party our daughter has had. The feedback from all of the children and their parents has been amazing. The children have all come away with wanting a variety of different animals. They have also come away with so much more knowledge and understanding of your beautiful animals. Secondly, the way you both communicated with all of the children was amazing. You made them all feel at ease, and confident in asking you lots of questions. You even run over time, and still didn’t rush to leave.We would without doubt be recommending you to all of our friends. Thank you again, for such an amazing time!

Becky at Animal Encounters ran a wonderful birthday party for my 8 year old daughter and 10 friends. The animals were gorgeous, well behaved and clearly extremely well loved and looked after by Becky. Highly recommended.

Rebecca and her wonderful creatures came and met our grandson and his friends on his 4th birthday and what a fabulous experience they all had. It was so lovely to see all the animals being handled by the children and mums and mamas (me) and them learning about them too by Rebecca who gave us all information about each and every one of them. I will definitely recommend Rebecca to my friends.

Rebecca ran a wonderfully special 6th birthday for Kit this weekend.She was engaging and funny and is clearly a natural with the children as well as making the adults laugh too! The animals were wonderfully tame and used to being handled and it was a great mixture to meet. She went above and beyond, taking loads of time with the group and brought a gift for the birthday boy which was very unexpected!Communication and booking was smooth and she arrived early so no stress!
