Poor poor poor customer service. Ordered 6 and was came in a damaged box, no spindle AND wrong code which happens I accept that but the amount of hoops they have me jumping over so they don’t have to replace it is a joke. I’ve gave up in the end and ordered a new one from elsewhere. I won’t be using these guys again. I find the so rude on emails as well like it’s my fault I’ve got a faulty item

SIMPLY BRILLIANTOrder some Chrome Door Handles handles from Handle King. Vast array of choices, Brilliant price, and excellent service, Great delivery too, Ordered 12PM Tuesday, Arrived 10AM Wednesday. One of the handles was PITTED, the other was FAULTY. One call to them, I explained what was wrong. The gentlemen on the phone understood what was wrong, took my address and has already sent out replacements for the faulty ones.Brilliant customer service, can't recommend them highly enough. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Handles arrived damaged due to poor method of packing spindles directly under handle rose. Was told they don't pack themselves. Was told to return all handles back to get a refund, as you can't just returned damaged ones for exchange. Second time I ordered and specifically asked them if they can check the handles and pack spindles separately. They arrived with around 35% of handles damaged. Called up they said they are packed in house and never had a problem before and you should expect slight defects on budget handles £18 a pair. Sent pics and you can clearly differentiate between a defect and a spindle knocking into handle roses leaving indentation.

Fantastic products at a reasonable price and brilliant service - highly recommended.We love our new stylish matt-black handles. The handles arrived very quickly and were well packaged. Further to my purchase/review about 16 months ago the handle broke off. Despite this being an issue with the manufacturer, in no way the fault of Handle King, they sent me a replacement they had with a minor scratch free of charge. They also contacted the manufacturer about the issue who weren't anywhere near as helpful. I cannot fault Handle King in any way and would say they went above and beyond to help out. Exemplary service which deserves praise and I feel duty bound to give it. Many, many thanks Daniel.My old reviewI needed a new outside access handle/lock for a fire door at a dental surgery which was the main staff access. The old handle had snapped off. I found the correct item on Amazon via Handle King but with 2 to 3 days delivery. I rang Handle King and they advised to buy through Amazon but they upgraded to next day delivery for me. Unfortunately it came late the next day but I received excellent customer service and the right product at the best price. I will very happily use again. Thank you.

Products came but i find it highly coincidence that this all ive bought online and then i get card copied and fraud on my bank card. Unsure how secure payments are
