Terrible place to work. Managment really bad. Dont recommend at all.

Had an interview was promised feedback and a email but never received anything was left wondering what I did wrong

Went for an interview lovely building and lovely people. Hope to be successful in the future.

Price quoted was 3 times more than Nationwide for comparable home insurance - over £1000 per year - I don’t think so!

Began enrolled in the RSA 6-week Training Program, as a new hire in November of 2018, for a position as a Home Claims Handler. After 4-weeks of training in their classroom setting; and 2 weeks of training in their Academy" setting taking first sets of live calls

The management is generally very poor. The people you will work with, side by colleagues are generally fantastic, but the turnover is high. There is little to no room for growth and development which is well evidenced by the fact that most of the managers/team coaches/leaders have been doing exactly the same job for years. They also have pity hires from the army who are not the great candidates that went into the army because they are courageous individuals who wanted to serve and protect, but they were clearly the class dunces who probably don't have 2 gcses to rub together, and it shows in their 'leadership' style. This is only acceptable as a short term emergency option job, even then you would probably be better off getting a job stacking shelves in a solid company like M&S or Waitrose and working your way up than joining this place.

Amazing place to work in the Home Claims department. Staff get looked after very well, great atmosphere within the teams and across the floor. Opportunities to a lot of different job roles, great for people who wish to pursue a career within insurance.

Avoid. Inept staff, won't pay out on genuine claim.
