Have always used Timpson for key cutting, and more recently for other services. Good customer service, good quality products.

Cloned a fob and a key, super fast service and it works well.

Dry cleaning service returned my clothes in worse condition than I left it there - there were blue spots all over my brand new expensive pants.When complained I was told that they must have been there before. No, they were not. I was refused a refund or any help except for cleaning it again to be returned some time next week when I needed yo wear them for a wedding that weekend. Thankfully I managed to find an express dry cleaning service which cleaned the pants same day.Timpsons refused refund and did not take the responsibility. Avoid using Timpsons dry cleaning at all cost. They will ruin your precious items and make you pay for that.

I gave the watch to replace the battery and the watch came back broken.

Every time I move houses Timpson is there for me for key cutting and every time my heels need replacing this is the place to go. Excellent customer service and quality of work. I have never returned an item, I have never complained.
