Terrible, would give less than 1 star. These con men claimed they changed my charger port which i asked to be changed, charged me £20 for a new one and fitting and really they had played with the pin which keeps the charger in place to loosen it a little and not replaced it at all as the scratch i made on the internal was still there, when confronted they didnt know what to do but tell a load of lies and then asked me 'what do you want a fight or something?' i refused to leave the shop until they had changed the part in front of me or return my £20, they then changed the part in front of me sort of for a cheap made charger port and i left the store, my charger port was changed now my mic doesnt work properly unless i shout down the phone. Hope this helps anyone who would have visited.

There are some pretty negative reviews here which I really don't understand as my experience of Fone Squad has been a really excellent one. The young men in the shop are pleasant, polite and knowledgable, they replaced a battery in an old, but much loved Samsung which is a really fiddly job, and the phone now carries its charge and works as well as a new mobile. 10/10, I can strongly recommend.

Always buy our phones from here, probably up to 8/9 phones in the last 5/6 years. Always reliable and excellent customer service - happily talk you through the different models etc. Always good prices too. Highly recommend!

When to them to get my phone unlocked as I'd locked my self out and they offer me £60 just to get my phone to be unlocked again

i meann my phone turns on now but randomly the keyboard will not allow me to press certain letters.....including those for my passcode so i had to restart my whole phone to factory settings via itunes losing photos, messages ect just to get back into the phone so yeah. also they just suggest force restarting the phone which isn't normal. staffs nice but when i paid 240 for an original" screen for this to happen yeah lol not impressed."
