One of the top dental practices I have been lucky enough to attend. Faultless, professional and friendly staff. First class treatment by a top class dentist. Nothing was too much trouble, treatment plan was carefully explained and carried out. I am a very nervous patient but I felt totally safe and confident during treatment.Matthew was referred to me by another local dentist. Highly recommended.

I had a tooth extracted today by Chloe. The entire experience from start to finish was very professional and also friendly and caring.Both Chloe and her dental nurse were very warm and I felt very safe in their hands. Chloe took the time to explain exactly what to expect and gave follow up instructions. Very impressed!

Can't praise the practice enough. Tom treated a member of the family late at night after Blackpool A&E were unable to help her. Would highly recommend.

My sincere thanks to the whole of the team at this practice. A prompt response to my 'emergency' in difficult times. The premises were cleanand bright. The reception staff although young in years mature and veryhelpful and friendly putting me at ease. The Dentist and his assistantwere most professional with a swift response in dealing with my problemand putting me of pain for the first time in several weeks.I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I'm the most nervous patient know to man, but all of the wonderful people that work at Woodlands dental, the reception team, hygienists and dentists are all so lovely, patient and gentle. Highly recommended A++++++

Absolutely terrible experience here! Booked a appointment and was told that if it isn’t urgent I had to wait 4 weeks to be seen which I was understanding about as the pandemic at this current time so I booked and waited.The day comes for my appointment and on the way I run into some traffic so I call them to tell them I think was going to be 5 minutes late, the woman on the phone questioned me and was rude about it.The traffic takes me a little longer than expected and as I pull up she calls me and rudely says “you said you were going to be 5 minutes, you’ve been 10” and then tells me I can’t come in. The woman on the phone was just rude and very annoyed at the fact I have waited 4 weeks for an appointment but they can’t wait 5 minutes for me as I was in traffic. Won’t be going again!

As someone who has always been a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist chair, the treatment I received at Woodlands Dental couldn’t have been better. Wonderful experience with this dental practice. I needed an emergency appointment as a non-local patient, and the receptionist called me back promptly to offer one the very same day!The dentist did a thorough check and X-ray, and gave me a prescription and I was in and out in 20 mins. Clean and bright, friendly and welcoming practice - also reassuring covid measures in place. If I lived locally I’d have signed up straight away. Thanks to all the staff.
