First visit and was afforded excellent service. I hade made the appointment three days previously and received an e-mail reminder, very useful with my memory. The vet was friendly and informative while carrying out her work with my dog. Definitely recommend Robson’s.

I recently started looking after some pets that had been dumped and I decided to go here instead of the Golf vet - as I had been having issues with them...This vet was fantastic! These pets that had been dumped had never actually been to a vet properly... They were able to diagnose , give treatment and tell me why they were having these issues... Which was extremely helpful!This vet is definitely more expensive, but the service, quality and actual care taken of your pets is so so so worth it!Very sadly, one of the pets didn't make it and was too unwell... I had to come here in emergency which resulted in my much loved new companion being put down... They vets handled it very well, talked me through it and were truly caring about the situation. They gave me time to pay it and I even went through their cremation service... Everything was properly done and I couldn't thank them enough.All the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Lovely service compered to the Golf Vet...I will be moving all my pets to this vet!

Lovely relaxed establishment. Whiskey was very well looked after. The vet was very calm and tender with him being a scared pup. Whiskey was very good and relaxed after his treatment. Great service and attention to animals needs.

Business started well until I got a vet who was more interested in making money from me than anything else, 2 deaths nearly £1500 in within a month and a half of each other, the first I can accept but the second was nothing more than pound signs and push push push for all these other things to be carried out which would have cost me thousands when it was far from the animals best interests.She never asked about the animals personality nothing but was very insistent in wanting to continue treatment, it’s clear to me that money outweighed the animals welfare on this occasion.I also had to chase the ashes after nearly 3 weeks, they said they never informed us the ashes were there because they were busy, being told they were short staffed with covid at new year time they had no trouble calling to take a rather large bill payment, I’m disgusted to say the least, shame as well as their are good vets and staff at Robsons but one bad apple rots the cart.

Been using them for a while but over the last couple of years the whole enterprise seems to be about making as much money as possible.Wife booked an appointment still had to wait 30 mins for the vet who never explained nor apologised, felt treatment was expensive n advice found to be wrong.I went for 08:30 app and was left waiting for 17 mins and again vet/nurse came with no explanation or apology. This was a health check for EU travel it took 14 mins and I pointed her to an ear infection which she hadn’t checked, she took 2 mins to put a Neptra ear drop in and charged me £39,67 for 1ml, u can see this stuff on line for 200% less and unbranded with same composition for cheaper than that.The cert then was charged at £220 for less than 15 mins inspection and info on pet passport she gave me was also incorrect.I complained at reception then wrote an email which was responded to saying this is the going rate.Next morning practice manager called and explained the same thing, this is in line industry standards, we were paying for vets qualifications and that they had lots of excellent reviews she wasn’t interested in our position nor commented or asked where the advice given was incorrect.While I appreciate these prices may well be guidance across the industry they are in my opinion and the opinion of several other neighbours that the pricing is extortionate, the service as recently deteriorated with several taking their pets elsewhere which is precisely what we will be doing.I note that the registered address is The Chocolate Factory Keynsham Bristol and maybe the pricing comes from this region, but for here this pricing and standard of service is just not good enough.

Very warm welcome and amazing vets I've been with Robson for 20+ years and they have looked after all my pets throughout the years even my bearded dragon, would highly recommend them.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Made the experience very stress free for my dog who hasn’t been into a vets surgery for a long time. Explained what was happening and why clearly and gave me the full low down on the new pet health service which is a fantastic thing to have available.

Amazing vet, super amazing staff and are extremely reliable and responsive
