Don't go anywhere else. The prices are great and the service is unbeatable. I ordered my new washing machine at 4:50 I'm on Tuesday and it was delivered and fitted by 10:45 the following morning.The delivery chaps were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The old washer and packaging was removed free of charge too.I can't recommend this company highly enough and have bought my household appliances from them since my mother recommended them to me.

Recently bought a dishwasher from Direct Discounts. On first use it wasn't draining. Huddersfield branch sent the engineer out within 2 days who rectified a simple problem within 20 minutes. Refreshingly fast and friendly service in this day and age. Thank you!

Went in to buy a new washing machine, didn't catch the name of the man who helped us but he was great, couldn't do enough for us. Installation was great too, the guys arrived and had set it up and taken the old one away within 20 mins.

:) I highly recommend Direct discount, Great customer service friendly & helpful..I got a great price on a Belling range cooker!I made my purchase over the phone with Graham.Graham was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful sent me pics of the cooker they had on display & answered all my questions giving me all information i require to decide on purchase.Fast delivery also the delivery boys was so helpful carrying cooker to our kitchen, they had to unpack it all as it wouldn't fit through doorway! Superb service from start to finish. The salesmen and the delivery guys know their products inside out, they were unbelievably helpful and easy to deal with when a problem arose.I ordered a washing machine via the phone on the Thursday and it delivered and installed Saturday morning quickly, then took my broken one away...and they made it look easy!I have since rang to thank them for everything they did and was supplied with further information I wasn’t aware of about the product I bought.They are professional, proficient and astute. I cannot recommend these guys more!!

Bought a range cooker from here. There was a manufacturing fault and Direct Discounts couldn't have been more helpful in getting the issue fixed. Excellent service and would highly recommend. They'll also deliver down or up steps which most companies don't do!
