Excellent service. Easy to access any time and very helpful and friendly staff.

An absolute car crash, extremely unprofessional. Young lady behind the counter seems more interested in fondeling with her very aggressive dangerous dog than serving customers when they arrive. I walked off and went elsewhere. Avoid and stick with the big names like big yellow etc.

I’ve just ended a 10 year storage space with these guys (we actually had 3 containers at one stage) , and they were fantastic. Excellent facility with customer service, second to none really. Sorry to go. Very Highly recommended

Handy storage facility with good access to outside units for vans, no height restrictions. I'd use them again.NOTE: Units that are 'inside' are only accessible M-F, 9-5 and could be on 1st floor. There is no lift for the inside units.Outside units are in Containers. My unit was outside, in a container and had a multipoint locking security door. 24/7 unattended access to the outside units. The unit was clean and dry with freshly painted white walls. Ceiling was insulated. In summer 2022, it got very hot in these outside units. I have no experience of using the units over winter. Site appears to be staffed M-F, 9-5 but all reservations are done online.

Wow! What amazing service from John today. My partner and I found this storage facility and were initially unsure, as it is farther out than we had initially planned. It was so worth the drive and more. John was so kind and accommodating today and went the extra mile to make sure we got everything unpacked. I have had storage lockers before and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The units are clean and wonderfully spacious. Unbeatable price and great people, I would recommend Southwick Storage to absolutely everyone.

Great storage place with 24 hour access. The owner was always on hand to help if we had any issues. We did have a very slight concern about damp in the unit but we knew that before and stored certain things at our own risk. The unit contained all contents of a two bed flat easily and we only had one item come out damp, and this was due to the fact it ended up leaning on an external wall, so not the business' fault at all but something to be aware of.

Thank you so much having this unit helped out so much with us moving. So easy to get one and very good price. Loved being able to access whenever we needed to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

All on ground level. Gate access with code 24/7. Good comms. Downside's are : containers outside so beware that mould could be on stored items during winter. Heavy container doors to open so not good for single females, as rarely anyone around to ask for help.
