When we went to check in the young man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, bed really comfy, location good. Price was great, we slept really well. Would recommend 100% when in the area.

Staff are excellent and room was comfortable. But the travel cots provided in terms of the bottom are not comfy and a bit hard for baby to sleep on. I used a spare duvet that was in the room to make it a bit more comfy. My advice to parents would be to bring your own cot or perhaps a mattress your little one can be comfy on.

If you are attending an event at the Springfields Events and exhibition centre this is as close as possible. The car parking is extra but at £2 per day not bad. The main entrance is next to one of the car parks, there is a lift to take you up, reception is on the first floor.Our room was clean and tidy comfortable bed, all you need for an overnight or short stay. This is part of the Springfields shopping centre, there is a bar just next door, but they don't open for breakfast. If you need anything just 10 minutes walk is a NICE shop and a Lidl as well next door. Staff were helpful and available when required.

Budget accommodation but super clean and everything you want including good quality furnishings and comfortable bed.The guy on reception was friendly, courteous and helpful.

Travel lodge as a general really need to invest, - the rooms are just looking old. Also what we found super annoying - as it’s above the shopping centre WHO PLAY MUSIC THROUGH THE CENTRE, be prepared to wake up to a disco

Very good shame the car parkwas fullDue to broken pay machine being out of order noone could exit car park.Why is it not free for travel lodge it is for springfield customers.
