Been trying to ring since last week but phone never answered. Left a voicemail this morning but no response. Came the way from kirkby which took 45 mins on the bus to find the shop closed and shutters down at 3.15 despite it saying the shop is open till 4 online. Will buy online as more reliable

Last September I took a Hitachi TV in for repair which was quickly fixed with a 12 month guarantee applied. Last week, a similar problem arose on the TV. I took it in expecting for them to tell me there was a different problem than previous, which it could have been, but they honored the guarantee and fixed the TV with no charge. So if you want the most honest and reliable TV repair service in the North West, I recommend you visit this shop.

Visited the repair shop and spoke with the owner and he told me that because of his heavy workload that he could only diagnos what the problem is the following day. He texted me the following day with a price and likelihood of time it would take to repair, the following day it was repaired and ready for collection. At no time did i think i was being ripped off or misled and i would urge anyone with a faulty TV to take it to this guy .....Highly recommended!!

There was a free check of faulty TV. Once the problem was identified a quote was given. On approving the quote the tv was fixed within 24 hours. Thank you

Took my Toshiba with a faulty screen (now outside of it's warranty). Provided me with an engineers report which allowed me to get a refund on the appliance.Quick and professional service. Would recommend
