I met the mechanic when he helped me out ,broke down across the street at 8PM. He got my car running and did not want any money for helping. Since then I have Used STB many time over the past few years. Always beat other garages prices and deliver really good quality service. really nice honest people, on 1 occasion they even charged me less than original quoting price. Don't know any other garage that would do that!!

On holiday in Newbiggin and I had a minor crash. My car was still driveable but there was some damage to one of the wheels. I was terrified of driving home and having an accident, especially as I have 4 children. STB were brilliant and put my car on the ramp and examined it all and put my mind at rest that the car was safe to drive home. And did it for free. Brilliant service. Amazing and friendly people!

Car broke down in amble whist on holiday and was recovered to STB. They found the root cause of the issue and had to order parts from the main dealer. They kept me informed as to what was happening. If I lived closer would use them again
