A landlord who refused to do any maintenance in the property I rented via himself and then Keystone Independent Estate Agents when he passed his portfolio over and still refused to authorise work to be done see photo for an example. This is where the back door was so poorly fitted, with a FAKE union lock, that warped to the point that I am able to get my fingers between the frame and the door whilst it's locked!
