DJ's Taxis

I booked a taxi for a school run and they didn't show up or even answer their phone. Couldn't use another taxi service as it was 730am on a Monday morning.Good service if you just hop into their car but absolutely shocking in regards to pre booking. They had previously not arrived for a pre booking before this but assured me this was a one off mistake. Will never use this company again and will actively advise friends and family to steer clear.

Me and my partner booked 3 taxis to go back and forth from a wedding.The first taxi was great, no problems there.The problems started with taxi 2. They started the meter at £18 and they said that was because we had to pay for them driving out from Warminster for a 12ish minute drive to pick us up. I’ve never heard of that before.After we’d paid and arrived, everyone at the wedding was shocked that taxi 2 had charged us a total of £35 for a 10m journey.Taxi 3 turned up 10m late and had their meter at £25 already (and was already going up). When we argued this, he acted confused and asked us where we were going (despite already knowing) and then put the meter down to £3.50. He was clearly trying to take advantage of us (same as taxi 2 did).When calling the rank, the phone operators are rude and impatient. We would not use this taxi company again.

10 minutes late at LEAST everytime, and you're lucky if they actually know where they're going

Absolutely excellent service on my early morning trip to Bristol airport from Warminster. My driver Max was brilliant, when I phoned to double check I had booked correctly the day before he drove round especially to let me know he would be there at 6am!! Lovely to chat to on the journey too, will definitely use DJs again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. We got two different drivers on the way to and from a destination. On the way, driver seemed nice but we were taken a ridiculously long route which I can only imagine was to charge us as much as possible. Being from out of town, maybe he thought we wouldn't realise. A 17 minute journey of 11 miles ended up being double the time (my friend was tracking the route as we went when he realised we should have arrived already) and we were charged an insane £80. On the way back, had a different driver who should not be allowed to drive any of the public anywhere. He was driving extremely dangerously, missed two turnings which added to our journey, ran red lights and was on his phone most of the time swerving into the other lane.Update in response to the owner's reply: I could refute each of the infactual comments below but instead I'll just point out how interesting it is that with each poor review of this company, there's never any apology and it's never their fault. Weird that, eh?

Taxi booked for 05.15 never turned up. Simply not good enough.

Really excellent service. Driver picked us up on time, was great with my wife’s wheelchair and waited for over 3 hours on very cold night to take us back to our hotel.

Personally I think this business is disgusting as it stated £43 on meter an her had the nerve to charge £55 as he reckons his boss sent a txt saying that.

The driver was on time and extremely friendly. Was big enough to accommodate our huge suitcases! Highly recommend them for ppl who are going to center Parcs

Absolutely wonderful experience. My driver was friendly and helpful. Quick service and when I needed a last minute pick up they were there promptly. They were also available when no one else was which was of great help since I was traveling alone. Highly recommend and will use again!
