do not trust this garage they will rip you, they put me not originals part is not even right part, didn't sort the issue and they damaged the brakes just to have extra charge they don't care about safety. May car was running very good since went there not any more, have to take it somewhere else

I found Ali and the mechanic very pleasant to deal with. My car passed its MOT but there were a few advisories which Ali took the time to explain to me. There was no pressure to get the work done at Pars but I appreciated Ali's time and knowledge. Thank you

They don’t treat the customer in right way, no humans sense, they think only money. Poor customer service. The invoice is never as agreed.I had phoned you a week ago & agreed but you changed your mind and forgot your promises and pushed me into difficult situations ( take your car… take your car ) even I said you I have a small baby, you didn’t care…And you don’t have a shame to ask more money for parking and plus you added £6 on the invoice from your mind. This is awful.Also don’t worry my other reviews you should consider your one. Because I red that you denied all complaints instead of apologizing or fixing it.For the business; trust is more important than money, You should learn this first.

Please avoid using this garage. I’ve used few times to do service & mot before. My car was involved in a accident & my insurance done investigation & I was told the brake pad was used was not original and was very dangerous. Thanks god me & my kids are okay. Please be very careful they use some cheap parts on your car. Never again

Been going to another garage for over 10 years for our MOTs but it's closed. I was hesitant about using a new garage, as you can be, but tried PARS after recommendations and as it was close to where we live. We have now taken both of our cars here for our MOTs. They fitted us in the diary quickly and both cars passed with no problems, was also a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Gave them my own pads and discs to fit, they broke the bolts holding my wheels and rudely demanded £100 for their time without providing any service and then threatened to assault me if this was not given to him. NEVER USE THEM THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Ended up giving my car back without changing any parts after police was called and 3 hours was wasted. DONT BE FOOLED BY LOWER PRICES. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Really helpful garage, really genuine highly recommend.

This was my first time using the company. I put my car in to get my brakes repaired and it was fixed within a few hours. Frank was very friendly and professional and fixed my car for a great price. I will definitely use them again.
