Would highly recommend Karl. Needing a Macbook Pro screen replacing and a new hard drive or an iMac, Karl provided excellent advice and recommendations and fixed both computers in under 24 hours. Communication was excellent throughout.

After having lots of problems with our 10 year old iMac, and not really knowing what to do about it I gave Karl a call. Within 24 hours of dropping it off, the hard drive was replaced and data recovered and it’s like a brand new machine! Very professional, knowledgeable service, great communication and a very fair price. I would definitely recommend!

Supplied and fitted new hard drive to my Mac. I dropped it into him one afternoon and collected it the next day. I have no way of comparing prices but the price seemed to be extremely fair. Karl was extremely helpful and friendly and the machine is working well so I am an extremely satisfied customer.
