Ordered from here for years but tonight it was horrible. Thick disgusting chewy dough and the pizza had a horrible aftertaste. Never again. Disgusting.

Great burgers, full of flavour, chips are seasoned well, service is very good, Momo knows good food and good service. Highly recommend any of the 1/2 pound burgers or their stroganoff. Good, comfort food.

Well what an experience that was!!Ordered food as it has always been quality, not this time!! Got to the shop to be told it was cash only (although most people are card only due to COVID) also, not one of the staff eother cooking or serving were wearing masks or gloves. As well as no plastic screen as per government guidelines? Got the food home to find it below standard and items missing. We were given a FREE garlic bread although we had ordered one (might have been a good idea to recommend ordering something different if we qualified for free one). Called the shop back to advice of the issues and my other half was spoken to like rubbish. I re packed the food and took it back to the shop and was told he ' did not have time for this' and proceeded to slam money on the counter. I've ordered food from here many times and except for one time , when the chicken was clearly pink inside, food has been ok. I've ordered food again tonight , and when I started to eat some of it , once again found several pieces of chicken very clearly uncooked again. I called to complain and they said that they would make me more. I asked them if they would deliver it as my small child was asleep. They said it would be a £1 for delivery even though it wasn't my fault but they said the till system worked that way. It wasn't the £1 put principle as I could of ended up with food poisoning. I was charged anyway . A short time later I received a call from the takeaway saying that there was nothing wrong with the chicken and I had eaten some of it and if I ordered another time , I would have to pay for the one I sent back. I have been a regular customer of this takeaway I find this customer service , disgraceful. I would not have returned the food to be replaced by the same if it had been cooked..it was clearly uncooked. So beware if you order from here unless you want food poisoning.

Absolutely appalling. Seafood linguine had to be thrown away. There was no linguine in sight, just dry spaghetti and the ‘premium seafood selection’ was shrivelled up and completely inedible. Will not order from here again.

I had two burgers, which came with chips—more than enough chips. However, the burgers tasted like low-quality, fatty beef burgers. It was disappointing, as the quality was akin to rubbish.I spoke with the manager or owner; he was a nice guy and tried to offer something else. However, I had already lost my appetite and was upset. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get something else. I believe that they shouldn't sell poor items and then apologize for what they've provided.Quality is essential to maintain the standard of living and eating culture.

Lovely food, would definitely go again, although it seemed quite expensive and I think I paid more by calling up as opposed to ordering online.

Absolutely shocking!!!Ordered spaghetti bolognese with a garlic cheese bread and side of extra ParmesanGarlic cheese bread okay!!Spaghetti bolognese was the worst ever..It was like it had a whole heap of fiery chilli in it which burnt the roof of my mouth..I couldn’t eat it..the worst Bolognese I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating..even calling it Bolognese is actually giving it some kind of credibility so let’s just call it what it was..a fiery bland chilli mixed with linguine not even the spaghetti part was right..when I phoned to tell them my mouth was on fire the chef tried to blag it by saying he thought I’d ordered it extra hot..then proceeded to say next time I come I’ll get 20% off..like as if he really thinks I’ll be going back there again!! Totally delusional...avoid like the plague!!!!!!...

If I could provide zero stars I would. Order arrived 1.5 hours late, when I did arrive the order was wrong and the burger was cold. When I asked for a refund I was told that wasn't an option. Will not be ordering from here again and I suggest you think again if thinking of ordering from here.
