Neil replaced my old gravity fed water tank with a new unvented cylinder. He was punctual in all occasions and he was promptly replying to all my emails when we had problems sourcing the replacement cylinder due to shortages from the suppliers. A job carried out well and tidy.

Braeside Property Maintenance did a boiler move and install and I have to say it's been done extremely well. Punctual and efficient, this build has been hassle free due to the hard work of the company and my new boiler is wonderful. Will definitely use these guys again!

I wouldn't be happy to recommend Neil. Sure he is pleasant and turns up on time but be warned, if you have a problem after he has your money, you will not see or hear from him again! We had a few issues. Firstly he left all the shower pipes exposed, when we asked if they were going to be boxed in, he said it would cost more money and it wasn't part of the quote- he never gave us an option! When he gives you a quote, make sure it is itemised and ask him to be clear upfront of what is included - the quotes he gives are 'informal' which means he can charge more after if he hasn't done something you expected would be part of the job! Secondly, a piece keeps falling of the base of the shower- it looks terrible. Not what you expect after paying so much money. I have called, text and emailed numerous times and he does not respond so now we are left to find someone else to fix his unfinished work at additional cost. Disappointing-would not recommend.

Installed my boiler - left messy plasterboard around boiler and did not register the boiler's warranty. I now have had to pay from my pocket for a faulty boiler that would have been under warranty. Surprise, no reply from Neil (Braeside). His service meets the bare minimum to be paid.
