Had my first session with Katy this morning, which was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend, she makes you feel safe,encourages you and pushes you to your limit at your own pace -and the studio is so quaint and cozy!Will definitely be going consistently!

I had a very good experience doing Trapeze yoga. Studio Leela is contemporary and welcoming and Katy is a great teacher. I would highly recommend if you want to try something new and have a great fun workout.

I literally fell in love with two yoga classes Katy introduced locally. Both Hot Yoga and Yoga Trapiz are such a rewarding way of getting healthier and was so much fun too. Luxurious environment, always smells heavenly of exotic essentials oils, music all around and Katys voice guiding you through an hour of yoga journey. It is just what I need.Highly recommend everyone try these classes if you love yoga and would like to experience something very special and unique.
