Andy built a wooden side gate for us and we are delighted with the result. He is tidy and his attention to detail is second to none, not only that he is a really friendly guy who will talk you through every stage of the job to ensure you are completely happy with the end result.

I contacted this company to provide a quote for fencing to my property in Christchurch. Andy came out and quoted and we agreed the price and start date. He suggested the earliest for work to be carried out would be beginning of November, this was quite some time to wait but I agreed to wait, none the less. The date set, came and went and I had not heard anything. I chased Andy and was told he was running behind schedule. Fair enough but he had not communicated this to me. He advised a start date a week later, now pushing the second week of November. Once again, this came and went and had not heard anything and I further chased progress. Only this time Andy didn't have the courtesy to reply. I left it a few more days and Andy decided in the most unprofessional manner just to ignore my messages and not bother to come back to me. I am appalled by this company's unprofessionalism. If they didn't want to take the contract on then at least have the decency to turn down the business and allow me to find a fencing company who are competent. If you don't want a flaky fencing company, look elsewhere and do not use this outfit. They have allowed myself and tenants to wait nearly 3 months for promised delivery of a job and then have since not only not fulfilled their commitment but have lost the ability to be able to communicate in the meantime. TERRIBLE SERVICE and COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Avoid!!!!

We've used Andy a few times, at our old house and our new house and he always does an excellent job. We have always been very happy with his work and the fences always look great and are solid. We will be using Andy in the future. Highly recommended

We have used Andy twice now for our fencing and have been really been pleased with the service we got. Andy took time to discuss with with us where we wanted the fence not just before but also during construction, constantly discussing the position of the fence relative to the many Oak and Holly trees we have at the bottom of the garden to make sure it was positioned where we wanted it.The quality of his workmanship is excellent and this has been commented upon by our neighbours.I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
