Attended Leeds Festival Sunday (day ticket).Instructions for disabled access/entry were pretty straight forward as were the provisions put in place. However the event itself wasn't very well signposted or clear. The road closures were completely unnecessary and made navigating in and out extremely difficult.Once inside the price of everything was extortionate. As was the state of the place. The amount of litter and rubbish laying around was nothing short of disgusting. The behaviour of some attendees was questionable too. For example, no smoking in the tents and then people smoking without being told off" for doing so.The Internet/ 5G access was terrible so it made it difficult to navigate to certain areas and stages. Few of the main stages were signposted therefore didn't know which was which and with no phone signal was unable to pull up the official app to locate where we needed to be.Certain stages were massively overcrowded to the point of health and safety could have been an issue had there been a medical emergency. The on site toilets were also disgusting. It was an experience but I would never return. They lined up all the coaches by the disabled parked cars making exiting the concert very difficult (again this wasn't well thought through)."

Great day watching family and friends and ll involved do the Total Warrior event.Loved whatching people give it there all.Grest family day outDeffinitly return with more family members and hopefully do the youngsters challenge with the grandchildren.Well organised. Grest team effort by all involved. Plenty offood and bar pop up stations. We had to rush off unfortunitly but a fantastic day was had and i got my 10.000 steps is walking around following the team that participated.Could just do with offering a map for spectators as we had no idea where to go and where the challenges were.

Amazing location for the Scouting Challenge 23 camp. Great drainage on the fields so we all survived the torrential downpour and to be able to carry on using the fields the next day

I bought tickets for this festival in February from a bed in ICU, so I have spent the summer full of excitement for it.If your into music, Leeds is a fabulous festival to attend.I have been on many occasions but I'm getting on in year's, however I go to this festival knowing I won't feel out of place. They are experienced organisers, running concurrently with Reading, and have, in my opinion, stuck to their roots. This is not a festival that pretends to be family friendly, children are welcome and free (under 12) - but they are realists at Leeds and it's one of the things I love. The site is fantastic, not that big you get lost, but big enough to have something for everyone. This year, I saw it organized in a super intuitive way, so that unlike some festivals, the whole crowd rarely attended one headline artist. There were huge international artists I had never heard of tucked away and completely accessible to us and we have all come home with new playlists! The last festival I attended was Glastonbury (my first time there) as I bought into the whole “great for familys “ hype.It reminded me why I had never attended in all my years as a rocker. My son was six and I swore never to return. But Leeds is Leeds. It's never changed. It's all about the music, has a far more manageable crowd and in true Leeds fashion a lovely, scary, security presence!I see progress though, not to attract new crowds, but to manage the ones they have safely. To me, taking my 12 year old with his 14 year old pal, this was crucial.I saw some of the biggest names in music start out in Leeds (not naming names, show my age), and I hope that in 10 years I’ll be saying the same thing about some of the bands I saw this year.I’m Scottish, so this area is a fair distance to travel, but it's a lovely area and if your bucket list has “attend a festival” on it - go for Leeds!

Great grounds for CYC Scouts Challenge 23 camp this past weekend. Well managed and accessible grounds for large events.
