Charlene has taken me and many others on a wonderful journey to developing an approach that is mindful yet strong and helps me to release tension. I would highly recommend.

This studio is run by very dedicated, experienced and friendly practitioners. Whichever teacher you have, you will find them to be knowledgeable and willing to share their love for yoga with you. I particularly love the warm atmosphere of the this:yoga studio. Just come along to any class and you will feel right at home.

A refuge of calm amongst the hustle and bustle - Charlene is a wonderful and encourgaing teacher. Suitable for all levels, I would highly reccomend.

I attended the 3 hour workshop on Saturday and it was AMAZING. I hadn’t been for a while so was a bit nervous but as always Charlene was welcoming and put me at ease. I have a hiatus hernia and tbh even the breathing exercises at the beginning hurt but by the end of the session I had no pain! Concentrating on my breathing along with the stretches and core work has done me a power of good. Thanks Charlene.

If you are a beginner or experienced yogi I cannot recommend Charlene’s yoga classes (and those online) highly enough. There is something very unique and special about her approach and teaching style - she has a magic ingredient which I’ve not experienced anywhere else!

Charlene is very knowledgeable about yoga and a great teacher. She has designed her own unique method of yoga called Yoga Motion which is very mindful and pleasurable experience. Highly recommended.
