KFC Thornaby - Pavillion Shopping Centre

Ordered a takeaway through just eat out of a 10 piece family feast bucket 7 pieces were small chicken wings .I rang KFC and was told someone would get back tome but still waiting 2 weeks later.

The food is always great but what stands our for me is the service. The staff are always friendly and they'll do what they can to help with any issues you may have even if you're the one at fault for the problem.

Food stone cold .. the portion of chips sent with the two orders we have placed is a joke .. the first time there was 8 and this time we had 9 to say they charge £1.99 is an absolute disgrace.We ordered both times through Uber eats … both times the food has been stone cold except for the can of pop which was the warmest thing. The shop is five mins away from me by car .. so how is the food so cold … can’t blame the driver as I can track him leaving the shop to the front door. Won’t be ordering again from here and I will be recommending to friends that they stay away also

Staff were very friendly, especially Theresa, who has a laugh and a joke for everyone and makes you feel very welcome. Best KFC I've ever been in for atmosphere and friendliness! Food was great too and very clean.

This are the double cooked fires and its not at crispy and chicken was well roasted or double cooked not yet crispy there was long wait for this waste food thank you kfc

Waited 35 minutes for takeaway food they took the items off the hot plate and left them to stand for 10 minutes whilst serving delivery drivers then went back and realised they didn’t have enough hot wings for my order so I approached them and advised I wanted hot food not cold they tried again and tried to give burgers with everything when I’d ordered plain eventually spoke to on duty manager who checked and food had indeed been sat on rack we took food as had waited so long but absolute disgrace server was extremely rude

Popped in to this branch of KFC as it is local to me to get our takeaway tea and got the party bucket. Everything was cooked fresh. Didn't have long to wait. All food was very tasty.

I am not surprised that this KFC branch has low sales because of the rudeness and filth of the employees at work, especially this short woman who always grabs pieces of chicken with her bare hands as if other people will not feel disgusted with her and her behavior .. I think that the employees of this branch should go to McDonald's And they learn how to work and respect people because it's the people who make the shops work
