I cannot recommend this class enough, my husband and 7 yr old son started around 2 years ago now and both loved it, now myself and daughter 5yrs go also. This class is perfect for all ages and abilities and the instructors are so welcoming and make everyone feel instantly at ease. The wide range of activities is perfect for burning energy and cals for all ages and the classes are fun!

It's great. Very inclusive. The coaches are tremendously knowledgeable across a range of martial art. There is no minimum fitness reqirement and progression is quick which is great for the younger students. The free standing punchbags are good fun to smash. Me and my son do one time a week and get a lot from it.

We've been training at FMA for about 20 months now, having left another club we were unhappy with, and I'm really pleased we moved to FMA! They have good equipment, experienced and knowledgeable black belt instructors, and all lessons are great fun, challenging and an opportunity to learn more. They're also extremely supportive and patient with my son who has autistic traits and anxiety - I've seen a huge improvement in his coordination and confidence. I'd recommend FMA to anyone.

FREESTYLE MARTIAL ARTS Witney
Me and my daughters did our first class in 2016. We’ve worked through the belts and it is brilliant, as a parent, doing the class with your children. You all get fitter, learn discipline and a whole host of techniques. We stopped for a couple of years during covid but are glad to be back. Strongly recommended.
