Thank you for such amazing customer service.I needed new plastic feet for dining room table and 6 chairs.Using your fitting guide, I was able to choose from a wide selection, I picked the ones I needed and ordered them on a Saturday night and chose 3-5 working days as I wasn't in a hurry for them.Monday morning I receive an email saying they have been despatched and would be with me shortly. I certainly wasn't expecting the delivery on the Tuesday morning.Everything fitted perfectly and I'm so happy I chose your company.Couldn't ask for better customer satisfaction than that.Many thanks and I'd happily recommend you to anyone... 10* from me

Economical replacement for two perished 4.80 4.00-8 wheelbarrow tyres/tubes. Delivered in good time. Managed to fit them by hand without tools by using some washing up liquid lubricant to help get them over the hubs. I have an air compressor which makes inflation easy. Have no idea how long they will last, but a good experience - would recommend.

Ordered a specific product and requested no alternatives be given, the items were all in stock when purchased. The next day an email they have nothing I want and here's the alternative - an 8mm long bolt in place of 20mm we think this will do your job" - you have no idea what the job is... And it won't. DONT SELL PRODUCTS YOU DONT HAVE IN STOCK. As per your reply I have already requested a refund and received it. This doesn't change the fact I think it's wrong to sell a product as in stock when they are not
