Do not book a service without risk of leaving your phone for the whole day/overnight.I had a service booked for mid afternoon. I arrived 15mins early and was told to come back in 10mins. At this time. I was told that they were pretty much running on time. I returned a couple mins before my service time and was then told they were running late.I was told to sit at the bar, got the diagnostic running and was told I would be seen soon by a service employee. A couple minutes later, someone (without an initial appointment) gets seated next to me and was told he’s been put at top of the list so will be seen next. Another employee asks me a couple of questions and what my service is for, again reassuring me I’ll be seen soon. At this point 15mins has passed.About 10mins later, that same employee comes back to tell me I am next on the list. At the same time someone else has arrived for their service to be informed they’re running late so they can go do something else for 10mins if they want to.30mins since I was first seated, I am finally seen by the service employee only to be asked the same questions again and then finally be told they can have my phone back to me in 3 hours.I had travelled an hour away specifically to get this service from the Apple Store as it is my closest location and previously understood the service (battery service) takes around an hour to complete. I could not stay longer than 2 hours so had to leave but was given other options like leaving my phone overnight to collect the following day or come in the morning when the service does take an hour to complete, which I was unable to do.I left without getting the battery service, not really knowing what to do, and dissatisfied with the customer service I received.It would be helpful to have the service time estimations listed before booking the service.

I ordered some items for my daughter's birthday online and collected them in the store. The staff are super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This branch of Apple is so much better than the one in central Bristol. There is simply no comparison between the two. Not only are the staff here all as excellent as each other but the shop is within the Mall where not only can you stay warm and dry out of the excesses of the British weather, but in addition parking is plentiful and free, and the road links although not always great, are always better than Cabot Circus area.

After a lengthy and detailed call to Apple at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, I drove 1.5 hours for a consultation with their so called Genius crew. When I arrive I’m told that they’re not very familiar with Android. I wait 20 minutes past my booked time, only to be told that they don’t offer help of this sort (transferring files to a Mac). They only handle breakdowns and issues with hardware. Also they don’t have any cables that would fit the Oppo phone. This is nonsense as the newer Macs now have the universal socket. Rubbish advice, no help at all, very indifferent attitude from the Genius who served me. Case no: 1021423990277.

Google is better. Much cheaper to get a Google and for the same quality. Android is also better. Good job for the titanium in the phone apple, as if a druid already had titanium. And USBC, you must be crying not being able to charge extra for the charger.

The Genius bar was wonderful and helpful but when we went to look into getting an Apple Mac, we had to book in to be seen just for prices and finance which we did and when it came to our slot we were left waiting for nearly 20 minutes so in the end we left without making a purchase. Disappointed.

Called in to the store today and was given an appointment for later this morning. Staff member was very helpful and said he would send me a diagnostic report which I should receive within 10 minutes. Three hours later still waiting. Tried phoning but put through to service desk who are useless to say the least. They could not put me in touch with the store and despite this day and age being connected by the internet they could not help. Might as well spoken to a brick wall!!

My phone had no service, tried everything couldn’t get it working. Went to apple they put it on the computer told me something was wrong it would be £500 to fix so I said I wouldn’t pay that. I wasn’t satisfied with what was said so decided to go on YouTube and got my phone working, it was a simple update so that the sim connected to the phone. Nice staff but gosh I was so close to buying a new phone for nothing as my phone is in great condition. My advice check out YouTube and other phone shops. Don’t just take their word or there computer test as you might pay money out you don’t need to.

Terrible repair service. Book an appointment for changing a battery. They sit you down, make you run a test, then leave you there for ages.No reason for this, I'm here for a battery replacement, I put that in the form. Just do what we asked at the booked time.Even worse, they try and upsell you a new phone rather than repairing your current one. So very eco" friendly. So much for their marketing nonsense on them caring about the environment..."

Just had to return with 2 pairs of AirPods that are faulty. 1 pair is only 3 months old!The other pair they won’t fix DESPITE ADMITTING THEY HAVE A ‘COMMON FAULT’. Happy to charge me to fix them of course. Can’t believe how angry I am, but expect more when you pay premium prices!

Very disappointed in the service provided at this store. Staff very friendly and welcoming but when you need work done avoid this store. I booked a genius bar appointment for 5PM in the week for a battery replacement. An advisor told me on live chat they could do this at the appointment as they closed at 8PM and the duration for repair would be 60mins. I drove 2 hours to this store (took time off work to do so) in time for my appointment, to be told when I got there they could not fix my phone for me, and that I would have to come back another day (even though they closed in 3 hours time). The bloke was quite abrupt and had no consideration for me at all seeing as I told him I had drove TWO hours to the store. He gave me no alternative solution so I reluctantly left. I then went back the next day, as soon as the store opened (which I took another day unpaid off work) to then be told they could fix it that day but it would take 5 hours, considering it only takes 1 hour I didn't understand why.. but I politely said OK. They told me to come back at a certain time in which I did, and when I got there they said they were running late. 45 mins later my phone was done. I had the battery replaced (which was £90) to be presented with my phone on 6% battery!?!?!?!?! I asked why, as a new battery, it had NO BATTERY? They had no answer to this. I then had to wait in the store for 25 more minutes so I could charge my phone ready for the 2 hour drive back home. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had, which is a shame as I have always received professional service from Apple. For all the inconvenience and petrol wasted, I was shocked that I still had to pay the full cost. I was half expecting them to say there would be no charge for all the messing about I had to go through, but they didn't. I will never ever be going to this store again for help.
