Service and support is great. My device in Newcastle was unable to scan to email due to a network issue, called service and James F was on it rapidly, he had great knowledge of how to sort it and had the issue sorted in no time.

We are a small printing company - and we had outgrown our old digital machine. Danny Randall came to us to find our requirements, he is more than just a salesman selling print machines. He had a vast knowledge of everything printed, so left Clive and I comfortable he would source the correct machine for us. He did this and obtained printed samples from the machine to ensure it did eveything we required as printers.We were kept informed every step of the way and quickly advised of delivery day.The day of installation came - Neil, Richard and Richie arrived and quickly and efficiently installed the machine. First class service from them all.Steve Creighton, the technical guy - who knew absolutely everything about the fiery rip and how to get the best out of the machine then spent the rest of the day with us and returned the following day to complete the intensive training.Abolutely first class and first rate service from the whole organisation. This is not the first machine we have had from the company and know going forward they always look after our printing needs with the upmost care and attention.Must add that both Abbie and Steph played s big part also in ensuring we were well looked afterThanks to you all at IT Spectrum

Giles Academy decided to move away from canon direct because the support we were receiving was not great. We had been with canon direct for almost 7-8 years. As time went on the support went downhill. I tried for months to speak with my account manager regarding an issue and every time they were either unavailable or in a meeting. If I am honest I didn’t even know who my account manager was because it was always changing and I was never kept up-to-date. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going direct to canon.Canon did not keep to their SLA Agreement because when an issue was raised it should have been fixed within 8 hours but instead we was waiting at least 2 days.Since moving to IT Spectrum it’s been the best choice I have made. Support is great and the support team are always willing to help and give advice whenever its needed. Having the Uniflow system installed was a big move for us because we have never had anything like it before and I absolutely love it. Any problems I have the support team with spend 5 minutes showing me how to solve the problem.
