Useless as always.Been told by CSP I couldn’t collect a parcel even though I had all the documents required. Had to call customer support, they said I was right and sent an email to the place. Went back the following day and they told me the same thing, going against what’s written on their OWN website.They have one job and they can’t even do it right

UNHAPPPY, 3rd time I have ordered a printer cartridge, 3rd time problems the HM ROYAL MAIL tracking system is not updating, same since Friday, no one to call no email website is an appalling mess of confusion! so very disappointed. lets hope DPD can do a better job at deliveries! Cant claim until 7 days later :-(

In the past I have found the staff very helpful. What is not helpful is finding out about changed opening hours from 10 July when visiting the Centre at 10.20am at the beginning of September. 8-10am Monday only. 8-10am and 4-6pm Tuesday to Friday. Saturday 8-12am. Closed Sunday. It would be extremely helpful if the website was kept up to date.

I went to send to parcels. 2nd class, of the smallest type. I should have been less that £6, but the lady charged me £11. I was definitely scammed by this lady in behalf of Royal Mail. What a dissapointment.

Dreadful. On a weekly basis we have to file claims for lost Tracked and Signed shipments. We are currently having to field many customer complaints because Royal Mail have lost an entire day's sack of 48s. And they have the gall to fine us because they claim a LL is a millimetre over the allowed size or a gram over the allowed weight - in their opinion, which can't be questioned.Royal Mail should be put out of business.

POSTMAN OPENED AND STOLE MY MAIL. Clearly he doesn't understand that it's against the law to do so. Customer service was actually useless. POSTMEN WHO WORK FROM THIS SORTING OFFICE ARE THIEVES . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

A few days ago I sent through a special delivery, a very important document to the Polish Consulate. It costed me a fortune to be able to get this document out from outside the UK as it is urgently required by the authorities to issue my son's passport. Without this passport he is barred from seeing his family! Sending it by special, tracked delivery I trusted it will get there, when it should on Wednesday. I called RM customer services whose answer was 'we have no clue where your document is and we will not know' - not helpful at all and we are completely sick with worry. Not surprisingly, no direct number to call this branch. And reading the other reviews, we are even more worried as losing important documents on there way to an embassy isn't a one off. So please, can someone get in touch because if it's not found 6 years old will spend yet another year without seeing his family.It also looks like I will have to report this to the police because my document contained sensitive data at risk of identity theft.

The collection centre is open until 12 not 2pm as stated on Google. The Post Office counter might be open until 2pm but the parcel collection centre is open until 12 noon.

Avoid at all costs.Staff are atrocious and deliberately unhelpful. Customer service desk will send you to the post office. Post office staff would rather argue with you than assist and will try to send you back to customer service, tried to tell me it wasn't their problem yet also didn't know who I was supposed to talk to in order to get any form of assistance. Getting the complaints number out of these people is like squeezing blood out of a stone and may result in you being escorted back to customer service by security who will then attempt to avoid giving you the complaints department number and make you wait ages for a manager (who was there the whole time but hid briefly) even then you'll be on the phone for an hour before you're able to get through.Unfortunately every time I come to this post office it gets worse, items have gone missing, place has the most random and constantly changing opening hours often not updated on Google and just generally always a terrible experience. I avoid wherever possible now and resent having to collect things from this branch. They're enough to make you never buy anything online again for fear of having to deal with these people.There is one woman who is good at her job and nice about things if you can't avoid then just avoid the rude arrogant men this branch attracts.

I ordered some boots 3 weeks ago on a tracked 48, meaning 48 hours.3 weeks later and im still qaiting for my boots.Royal mail has gone down the pan!!! Big time. Do not use royal mail, they have not helped me one bit
