Hotel Indigo Chester, an IHG Hotel
Unfortunately only had one night here as we were on a bit of a road trip, but from start to finish the staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks at the bar were good we did not eat as we were booked in somewhere else but what I saw looked good. Rooms were clean and modern and well serviced. Location was a bit further out of town than we are used to, but a nice walk through the park down to the river and a few bars and restaurants.

Hotel Indigo Chester, an IHG Hotel
Just came back from a lovely stay here. Chester is a beautiful city and the Hotel Indigo is in a perfect location to explore it.Check in was a breeze, with friendly, helpful staff. No onsite parking, but subsided parking at a NCP car park about a 10 min walk away. £12 instead of £20 for 24 hours. The short walk is lovely though and gives you a chance to walk through the Roman amphitheatre.Rooms were very good, modern, clean and well stocked.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hotel Indigo Chester, an IHG Hotel
Hotel Indigo is just a short walk heading out of the centre but still ideally located to stroll along the walls and down to the river.The room was pristine and felt like it had only just been opened. The lobby and bar area were very stylish and when entering the hotel you get the smell of their signature scent, not sure what it is but it's gorgeous.I'm a bit of a stickler for the toilets in public areas of hotels and here they were definitely of high standard and immaculate.Chester is a great city with an abundance of nice restaurants and bars and is steeped in history so is well worth a long weekend stay.

Brilliant stay, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are amazing and of particular note was Stephen on reception who was an absolute delight. Such a nice manner and made us feel really welcome. Also a shout out to Courtney who clearly makes it her business to ensure the guests are catered for at breakfast…. Will definitely be coming back.Thank you

Hotel Indigo Chester, an IHG Hotel
We came here for a one night stay to celebrate my partner’s birthday and our engagement. In addition to the room, I purchased a “celebration package”. When we arrived, the hotel upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated with a banner and balloons from the birthday package. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The location as well was fabulous. Right near the centre, walking distance away! If we decided to come to Chester again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.
