Where to start....just a super place to visit and the due care and attention to my three dogs has been second to none. My big Shepadoodle had never had the luxury of a professional groom prior to my visit today. She has come out smelling gorgeous, beautifully manicured and groomed. Sharon has such a special way with dogs and her warmth exudes to all and so in turn the dogs all felt so happy and comfortable in her company. I cannot recommend highly enough. I just feel so lucky to have Penn Hill Pooch on my doorstep.. a BIG thank you from Tilly, Barney & Poppy!

I absolutely love Penn Hill Pooches and so does my miniature dachshund Riley, once he’s got over his nerves!!Sharon is more than caring and does her best to make Riley as relaxed and comforted as possible. Once he’s there I think he really enjoys being pampered. I've studied Dog Grooming with Sharon and even then I've admired her skills. Honestly I've never meet a groomer who doesn't listen to a customer, or even feel uncomfortable working with. Trust me, I've volunteered in some dog grooming Salons. But Sharon, I feel so open and comfortable with her. She is just amazing at her work and personality. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

My extremely filthy dog visited Sharon for the first time last week. Not only is the salon conveniently situated next to a great coffee shop, it has the additional bonus of plenty of parking in the immediate vacinity. Sharon offers an excellent service and uses natural products only. My dog came out looking and smelling wonderful and had clearly enjoyed the experience. Sharon has been great with our pup- from the first moment we spoke on the phone about his ‘puppy’s first groom’ I felt reassured that she would take her time and look after him. And he’s been to her 3 times now and he loves his visits! There are slightly cheaper options out there if you go budget, but I honestly think it’s worth paying a few pounds more for a trustworthy experienced handler, especially in Covid times when you have to drop and run! She is so helpful, full of tips for me as a first time dog owner, and is great with his cockapoo fur! I trust her with my precious little bundle, and he always comes out wagging and smelling delicious! I would, and do, recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer.
