I’ve just completed the online full interactive training and honestly can’t recommend this enough.Easy to follow, thorough modules pact full of information.The live support is fantastic too, always responding in less than 24 hours.Looking forward to getting to practice and future lifetime guidance from the post qualifying group!

Fantastic course with first class trainers & top quality equipment.This course covers everything; from the legal aspect and licensing to equipment tips, hairline design for natural, age appropriate results, pigment mixing - covering ethnicity, skin tone and hair colour - you name it!I'm enjoying putting what I've learnt into practice and I'll bring back very soon for the Masterclass. It’s a great online course which was very informative and I enjoyed very much! I appreciated very much Justin’s teaching and his professional comments on my exercises. I have just recently completed the online training course with iccon international and safe to say it went very well.The training itself was so straight forward and instructions was clear i feel confident with the knowledge given to me to start on my own, the best thing to know is that the support after the course is there aswel.A special thank you to Erol he has been amazing with his customer service whatever i needed he was very quick to reply over email or telephone.

The communication when booking the course and all the information provided before hand was great.Easy to find.Justin was very friendly and welcoming, we was greeted every morning with a chocolate wafer bar and water which was a great touch.Justin is very passionate about SMP and has a lot of knowledge.He was good at teaching such a large group all by himself and made it work well.

Just completed my online course and I can only describe the course and the support I received as Excellent!I was worried that doing this course online would not be as good as in person, but I had no need to worry.Justin my trainer was on hand at all times by email or phone if I had any problem or questions etc.I was able to complete the course in my own time, fitting it in around family life and felt no pressure to complete it by a certain deadline.Just want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Justin and Iccon.

Online Training was easy to access & follow… which was great. However I felt the ongoing support was not really there on the support group and left me lacking confidence due to unanswered questions.
