AMJ Watch Repair

I have just had my decrepit old Seiko Diver's watch repaired and refurbished. I have to say just how wonderful it is now. Just like new and so much, much better than I could have anticipated. Thank you!

Had a Breitling Aerospace in need of a battery replacement. Arrived at AMJ Watch Repairs and within 15 minutes the battery had been replaced and the watch pressure tested at a much reduced cost to sending it back to the manufacturers in Switzerland which was the recommendation from Breitling themselves.

Have been trying to get a battery replaced in my Cartier watch, everywhere I went it would have to be sent away.Popped in to AMJ today and they did a battery and pressure test while I waited.Great service, thank you so much.

After lots of research we entrusted AMJ watches to restore and service my late grandfathers Longine watch ….for my 21st birthday present.The team were superb, from discussions about what should be done ( full service as it hadn’t been worn for around 8 years )and polishing/ cleaning, to what could be done, ( restoration of face, new pointers as originals were bent, new Longine strap or a cheaper…but still very nice strap ( we chose the Longine), new dome/glass, as the original was still showing scratches even after polishing. The end result was magnificent and shall see many years of use.The whole team worked to very tight timelines ( 21st birthday celebration) the restoration of a watch face is not a quick process, nor is obtaining a genuine Longine strap and then theyhad to contend with unscheduled postal strikes to get the watch to the other end of the country. We are so glad we went with AMJ, they kept us informed through and we’re always polite and efficient. The end product is superb and we are all very happy with their service. Would not hesitate to recommend the to anyone, we will be using them for all our watch needs from now on( in spite of being hundreds of miles away). Thankyou Julia and team. Life would be a lot more pleasant and easier if all businesses worked like yours.

Just spotted what they did with my lovely Raymond Weil watch. I have been told that it will cost me £40 for the battery replacement. I went there because I read a really good feedbacks. It was about 10mins job - witch is fine but then I was asked to pay £20 on top if I will take a shower with the watch. I went back at home and just spotted this scratch at the back. Absolutely disappointed and I will never ever go back there. May be it worth if you watch cost no more £100 and you don't care at all of the quality of the service. P.S. This is the first time when this watch is going for a service so I am 100% the scratch wasn't there before. I wish to sent it back to Raymond but it is a too late now. Good life lesson

Friendly, customer oriented. Treated my vintage Rolex watch with care and expertise, replacing the mainspring, cleaning and service. I was nervous leaving it with them, but I needn’t have been. Very happy with it.
