I cannot speak highly enough about the work and service carried out by J W Clark.The work (mains connection with a 4.2metre drop) was not straightforward or cheap!! But John and the team spoke to the Anglian Water and managed to agree a solution that was more cost effective and less disruptive to the community (with road closure).I spoke to a few ground workers and can speak on good authority about J W Clark

Excellent service from start to completion from all staff. Dealt with applications, permits and completion certificate. Very pleased to have dealt with them and highly recommend them.

The site team were knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and clean.The team undertook a sewer connection for my self-build which required a road crossing to the nearest foul man hole, the majority of which was through block paving. The site team undertook the works in their stride and you would never have known that the road was dug up. Of course, the site team were backed up by the office team who dealt with the local council and Anglian Water and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

The team worked well on this project replacing a sewer but maintaining use as well as removing existing foundations, providing new foundations and a concrete base for a new conservatory. They did not cause us much inconvenience. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for work of this kind.

Delighted with the work carried out by JW Clark. John initially visited to advise and quote on the work we wanted carrying out to connect to the main sewerage system, leaving our septic tank redundant. John responded to the initial call very quickly and was able to visit the next day, having the quote with me by end of play the same day. They were able to commence the work within about 10 days, and the job was completed within 3 days as promised. Lee and Neil did a great job, kept us informed and nothing was too much trouble. I hate mess and was fearful how the drive would end up, particularly after we had torrents of rain during the works, but my fears were unfounded as the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard, so much so that you would never know they had done anything! First class company who do what they say, when they say - we would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team. Great job guys! Thank you!

Amazing company and staff !With reference to a main sewer connection and associated ground works:I have nothing but high praise and massive thanks to them and their team for such a well organised and professionally run installation, overcoming any obstacles and challenges put in their way with superb efficiency and ultimate results of completing the job on schedule and within a very competitive budget, also including extra works that they had not quoted or allowed for and which were executed with the same friendly and professional approach by the guys on site. This involved a collaboration with UKPN during these works, including liaising the road closure with the local authority. This all went smoothly thanks to his organisation and determination to get things done.I would personally recommend them to anybody and have told Jamie/John that I would be happy to talk to any prospective customers to answer any questions and confirm they are, by a long way, the best team of contractors that I have used over my past 20 years or so of experience in dealing with a variety of very good companies in the construction industry.Keep up the great work !

Mains water pipe laying works carried out efficiently and tidily by the politest of groundwork engineers to whom I would have no hesitation in recommending, and would certainly use again.

J W Clarke team did a very good job completing our sewer connection and work to alter drains in our garden on time and with minimal disruption. Replaced paving and tidied up garden very nicely

In April 2023 Lee and Johnny dug below the road to find the main sewer to make a connection for my new house. It was all done with great efficiency and good will. You couldn't wish to have had 2 nicer guys do this work. They were extremely friendly to all and went even further by apologising to neighbours about the closed footpath and guiding them along the new route. Absolutely excellent service. Thank you
