Bought a cage for nearly £100. Massively low quality and spokes fell apart on the cage leaving me to DIY after exposing my pets to danger. They are refusing to take my calls or answer my emails. Reviews look fake. Avoid this company.

This place is great. I can’t believe it has bad reviews! I buy canagan dog food and delivery is so quick it’s brill. I’ve been using them for years and have never had any problems

Customer service appalling. Spent over £100 so qualified for a 'free gift' clicked on link for list & went straight to toys and added. Noticed after payment that toy hadn't been discounted. Turns out, I'd already put some treats in my basket which were also apparently on the list. No warnings and, of course he discounted the cheapest item. Emailed and got a rude and codecending reply. Has no idea how to deal with complaints or customers. Turns out Stewart is the owner.Several emails later and he'd rather arrange collection of my order than apologise for the ambiguity of the free gift list or even charge the snacks and discount the toy!!! Not the cleverest business sense. With that attitude he won't last long. I spend on average £100-£150 per month on my many fur babies. Obviously he doesn't need good, regular business.

Excellent service had an amazing range of dog food at reasonable prices. Ordered on a Tuesday morning and came the next day. Will definitely be using them from now on as couldn't be happier.

Excellent service along with very good choice on dog food and very competitive prices. Having looked at other products available all are quality and again competitively priced across the board.

I'm afraid that they send my pet food worth £200 with foreign object-plastic and pieces of glass inside wet and dry, and after they take my money there is no contact with them. I raised complain by email 4 times and I received the defective Eden pet food 1.5months ago! No emails back till now . They don't even feel responsible to take action about it. Awful company. Don't trust them !

They send me defective product worth £170 take my money and no contact with them till now my order have place 2 month's ago. Emailed them , called- no response. I did try to avoid thistles way it take 2 months, they can't send people defective stuff and then don't take any responsibility for it! It's just awful! See you in court.

Purchased my order of Eden Dog food and couldn't have been happier with the service and product! I was kept updated at each stage of the delivery process and it arrived super quick - will definitely be ordering again!

Very poor customer service. Ordered a dog bed that unfortunately was too small, tried to return for a refund so I could order the next size up but was refused due to a couple of hairs left over. This was hoovered and lint rolled before sending back but as you can imagine you'd never get all the hairs. Now stuck with a bed too small.Edit: Received bed back today, different box and no paperwork which is weird. Very minimal amount of hair that could of easily of been cleaned. Don't know how they expect someone to test a dog bed without letting the dog use it.
