I signed up with Randstad and within a month I had a full time TA position secured. I cannot fault the team, especially Leigh, for their hard work and dedication in getting me a great job in a great school. Great advice has been given at all times to help me find the right placement for me. I have also received a 2 day TeamTeach training course completely free of charge which was invaluable and increased my knowledge and confidence ready for my first role.

I joined Randstad in August and immediately was offered the opportunity to attend a Team Teach course, free of charge. This course, led by Martin and Matt, was extremely valuable in educating me about how to work with children with SEN. We were provided with both evidence-based theory and practical activities, to teach us how to positively de-escalate a situation in which a child may be experiencing/or going to experience a crisis. Martin and Matt made the course extremely interesting and enjoyable, and like the rest of the Randstad staff, were very friendly and approachable.

I joined Randstad in October and immediately was given a chance to attend Team Teach training, unfortunately I couldn't attend but they swiftly offered me another date which I thought was extremely generous of them, considering its completely free. I've had really good experience with Randstad Education. Very nice and reliable team of people! They work there because they are passionate about helping others, especially helping children. I've had the interview with Kenneth who stayed in touch with me so I knew where I am up to with my application, he quickly sorted all of my documents, references etc. I've learnt a lot from Martin and Niall during the Team Tech training, they were very supportive and answered all of my questions. I recommend Randstad to everyone who is looking for teaching staff or new meaningful job with loads of support.

I just joined Randstad Education and attended a two-day Team Teach course. The tutors were professional but friendly at the same time. The course has helped me to understand the role of the teaching assistant and its responsibilities. Furthermore, I have learned techniques about how to address a challenging behaviour. The fees for this course were totally free provided by Randstad Education.

Randstad education's Team Teach course was one of the best two day courses I have participated in. All of my questions were answered, and it was a patient and in depth guide to teaching support. The trainers were en pointe, with excellent communication, examples and experience. I felt supported in both the theory and the practical elements. Time well spent.
