Sandy is warm, friendly and understanding as a person and a PT. After becoming stuck in a rut re going to the gym (I found myself just focusing on cardio), I realised I wanted more of a focus but also to build my confidence with weight training too. Sandy took the time to understand my needs and goals, and has been supportive throughout. His sessions give me both the motivation and confidence to train on my own, and the progress I’ve seen in just 8 weeks is incredible. I look forward to my sessions with Sandy, and learning from him. It is clear he is passionate about what he does and has an in-depth knowledge around health and fitness. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Sandy to a friend, and if you’re just starting your fitness journey and or just feel like you need accountability (like I did) Sandy is your guy! ⭐️

Great guy but even better boxing coach, best I’ve come across. Gets your technique up to scratch while improving fitness too, but also helps with any specific goals you have. He has also helped me massively with my gym training plans and problems that I have outside of training time. Highly recommend!

Fitness/working out has been on my to do list for long enough. Realising I needed help with confidence and knowledge I found Sandy and it has been brilliant. He took the time to understand my driver behind seeking help. With his knowledge and experience he worked out my current level and has build a programme from there with my goals in mind. Thanks to his support I can now step into the gym feeling confident. Also he's a great guy and awesome chat. If your considering a PT I would highly recommend.

Sandy is a brilliant personal trainer. He has taken the time to find out what I’m capable of and tailored a programme to me that is stretching without being overwhelming. I’m happy with the progress I’m making on losing weight, but just as much I’m really happy with how Sandy has made training something I feel good about and look forward to. I am really glad I started my gym and fitness journey with Sandy and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is an amazing person, very friendly and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain how to use the equipment properly and safely, as well as explaining the effects the different exercises will have; which is exactly what I needed as a beginner and overcome the anxiety of joining a gym. He is also helping me to improve my diet and use it as a tool to achieve better results, which I never really considered before. I started only three weeks ago with Sandy and results are already showing! I am definitely looking forward to what is coming next!

Sandy is a thorough professional! The boxing classes with him are both, fun and exhausting. He adjusts the intensity according to your level and helps you build your overall fitness. After a year long knee injury I'm getting back into exercise and rebuilding my strength and Sandy has walked with me every step so far. His advice and optimism are refreshing. He is patient and pays so much attention to detail. Sandy explains the movements really clearly and helps build your confidence. All the exercises are well thought out to help me rebuild my strength in my knees and my confidence overall. He's a great PT and I highly recommend that if you're considering a PT - speak to Sandy!
