Fantastic staff, especially the chef and Leonardo DiCaprio lookalike! Not much information about room location, breakfast times etc and not as central as other premier inns. Felt a bit strange having to go to floor 9 just for reception and then up for rooms. Wouldn't recommend if you are not a fan of heights!

I was there for the night only.It was quiet no load noises.Room is good although I noticed the sofa was dirty when i was leaving. I didn't use it beacuse I didn't need it but still it should have been cleaned.Other than that overall is good.

Fantastic experience!Haven’t used a premier inn for years, husband booked it for a last min trip to Manchester for us before the little one starts school. She loves heights and a good view so this was the place he chose.A short walk to the city centre through some gorgeous streets with buildings that remind me of Brooklyn, it’s a fab location, and is on top of the car park! Park up on level 8, get the lift up to 9 and you’re in the hotel. There’s a different lift that then goes up to the rooms & you need your room card to use it for safety.Carpets and walls were clean, corridors were silent. Room was awesome, nothing like the older premier inns I’ve used, double window so you couldn’t hear anything from the road (we were on the 13th floor!) and views to die for, our 4yo spent most of her time at the window. Air conditioning was cracking too as we were there at the start of the heatwave.Staff were lovely, the view in the bar/restaurant was LUSH. Breakfast was great, absolute bargain and we were given the allergen sheet to take to the table which was so good!!! This never happens, I felt super comfortable knowing what my kid could and couldn’t eat. They even offered to wash and prepare food separately/freshly.Blown away. Slept like a dream! Clean, quiet, and welcoming. We’ve already agreed this is “our hotel” for our future visits. Don’t skip, look no further and book here for your stay in Manchester!

A newer Premier Inn site. We didn't expect it to be on top of an 8 storey carpark with reception on floor 9.The access lobby is shiny and smart whilst the rooms could belong to a Premier Inn anywhere. The breakfasts are good. Other meals as well - we had dinner at the restaurant, with the menu providing a suitably wide option on cuisine and dietary requirements.

Not what I expect from a Premier inn, parking on site and check in staff where amazing but it ends there.Strange noises in the night, a weird vibrating shuddering sound every 15-20 mins that kept me awake at 2.30am, so I didn’t fancy complaining in real time that early on.Plumbing extremely noisy when flushing toilet could here other rooms.Shower curtain didn’t pull all the way on so I found myself slipping and drying the floor each time I had a shower, clearly an on going not repaired problem as the skirting board was rotting where the water could get out.The air con smelt like cigarettes and vape and I noticed my system was requesting a service so I’m unsure if that’s the problem. (See picture)I managed 30 minutes sleep. As I tried to open a discussion about my poor night stay in the morning (different staff member) at my first complaint he just said we will investigate and moved his head back to the computer. In addition to this small site maintenance issues are clear such as buttons falling off the lift (see pictures).I think the maintenance of the place is a key problem from what could be an amazing decent hotelAll I needed was a decent bed for the night and that couldn’t be provided for what I paid I wasnt expecting miracles but this is the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. It wouldn’t put me off the chain but I wouldn’t return to this specific site

Great little hotel. The room was clean cosy and had air conditioning which was helpful in summer. Brilliant location just off Oxford Road so very close to public transport. They have a lovely views from rooms and restaurants. Breakfast was great too, a buffet style.

You can get the most comfortable sleep here and escape the noise from the city centre. It is located only 10 min from the city centre and very close to the universities. The rooms start at level 10 so all the rooms have fantastic views of Manchester and beyond. The bath tub is spacious as well. And if you get the room for 3 the single bed is a sofa bed which you can use to sit and chill.

They is need for the crew to help with lagguage especially when getting in the lifts. I had go to zero floor from 10th with my lagguage and ran back to leave the keys at 9th floor and the taxi was charging meanwhile. Very unfortunate. The kitchen staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and enjoyable. They is also need for orientation at the front desk on services available and operations. It's not everybody who knows. I did not know I had to tape the lift doors to get to the floor I wanted

Good size clean double room. Located on top of an NCP on a main road makes for easy access and parking. Only 10 minute walk from picaddily in one direction and Albert Square 10 minutes the other way.12noon checkout a bonus

We arrived very late (1am) after a delayed train, but checked in with no bother at all.The room was spotlessly clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. It was only a 10 min walk from Piccadilly or Oxford Rd train stations.Excellent value for money. We didn’t need car parking but did see a sign saying that parking was £17 per 24 hrs.
